When will I receive my order?

We take 2-7 business days to produce your order. Once your order is completed it is shipped out to you. Shipping times depend on your location, and the shipping method you selected.

Please note that with the global pandemic and now the busy holiday season we do occasionally experience delays in production and shipping times. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times. 

I have a problem with my order - what do I do?

Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to filmiandaaz@gmail.com.

Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

If received product is damaged -  send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to filmiandaaz@gmail.com.


Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once we have started production. Please get in touch with filmiandaaz@gmail.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.


What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

We ship internationally, however transit times are not guaranteed.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international shipments. This fees is not in our control and is up to your country and how they handle a merchandise package. We do not receive any of this tax. We ask that you stay aware of  customs fees in your country when ordering from us.

It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.

Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered - but not there.

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but you have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.


Product disclaimers:

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. The odour you smell is just temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

Rarely you may notice some discolouration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
